Instructions to Add Premium Listing
How to Enter Your Shop Information
There are many features that you can add to your Premium Listing. Here is how to complete your listing.
NOTE: If you would rather we complete your listing, click on the Pay by Check button. You will be taken to a screen where you can print the Registration Form. You can mail this completed form to us with your payment and we will complete your listing.
STEP 1
To begin find the Dealer's Login block on the left side of the page (on the following pages: Home Page, Find Antique Shops Page, and the Members Page).
* Click on the Create an Account Link
* To select a Premium Account, click on the Credit Cards (You can pay with a credit cards or with a check through PayPal)
* Complete the Registration Information: Name, Username, Email address, and Password
* Click on the Register button
* On the Confirmation Page, click on the Terms of Service Link.
* Read the Terms of Service and click on the box to indicate that you have read the TOS.
* Click on Continue
* On the Checkout Page, you will see the charges and duration of the subscription.
* Click on Checkout
* This will take you to a Secure Connection with PayPal where you can pay for your subscription with a credit card or, if you have one, with your PayPal account.
o Follow the on screen instructions and when payment is made, click on the link the says "Return to the Antique Trails of Texas web site"
STEP 2
* Complete the information on the Add New Entry Page
o Enter your Business Name, Contact Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, Web Site and Address.
o Items with an asterick are required.
o In the Description/Comments section, you can type your information and use the editor tools to format the text. You can also click on the HTML tool if you would like to use HTML to format your text.
o Enter your operating hours for each day. You may enter it in just about any format: 9AM, 09:00, 09:00 AM, etc
o You may enter an Icon (80 x 80 pixels)that will appear on the category view. This is a good idea since it will make your listing stand out. Click on Browse to find the image on your computer, then click Okay. It will upload when you save the listing.
o You may enter a banner (468 x 60 pixels) as your logo. Click on Browse to find the image on your computer. Then click on Open. When you save the listing, it will upload the banner.
o In the Images Gallery section you may add up to four images. To enter the first image, click on Browse to find the image on your computer. Click on Okay and then Upload. You may enter a description of the image if you wish.
+ After the first image uploads, you will have another box appear for adding the next image. This will repeat until you have 4 images loaded.
+ Images will be resized automatically to fit the listing. It is best if the images are not larger that 300 KB.
o Select the Category for your listing. You should choose the section of the state where you are located. Cities will then appear.
o Select your city and then click on the >>>> button.
NOTE: If you city is not there. Select the nearest city. After you have completed your listing, send an email to
listings@antiquetrailsoftexas.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will add your city and update your listing.
* Click on the box to accept our TOS
* Click on Send and your listing will be forwarded for approval.
You will receive an email when your listing has been approved.
Normally approval will come in a matter of hours. If you have not been approved within 24 hours, contact us by using Contact Us on the menu.
